On Sunday, November 17, 2024, families of traffic crash victims, road safety advocates, elected officials, and community members came together in Connecticut to observe the World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims. The event served as a solemn occasion to honor those lost to traffic violence while advocating for meaningful change to prevent future tragedies.
Among the speakers was Carri Roux, who courageously shared her personal story in the hopes of inspiring change and raising awareness about the importance of road safety. (click here for media coverage)
