2nd annual luke roux wiffle® ball tournament

Basically, we are playing miniature Baseball. Only 4 players on defense, pitch speed is medium-slow.  No balls or strikes – everyone swings.

We run bases and play pegs (pegs=fielders throw the ball at the baserunner to make an out, below the head of course.)

What should we bring? 

• The only thing you NEED to bring is a team of 4-6 ballplayers. 

• Bring your friends and family too.  There will be other fun things going on besides Wiffle® Ball including face painting and a roaming magician!

• We provide all bats, balls and equipment. It is good idea for teams/players bring their own chairs. No cleats, please wear sneakers. 

What do the winners get?

Bragging rights!! and maybe a prize. 🏆

Do we need to wear uniforms?

No, but they sure do look good. Players can dress as casually or as done up as they please.  Pick a theme, be creative, make it fun!

How long will tournament last? 

Tournament should last 4-5 hours. Depending on weather and, whether hitters are swinging or taking. 😉

How early should we arrive?

30 minutes prior to the start time for check in. If you want some BP swings, get there even earlier. 

How old do you have to be to play?

Ages 17 and up. 

What are the official rules?

Tournament rules will be distributed to each team via email.

This tournament has limited space. First come, first serve! 

All players must sign a waiver prior to participating.

(17-year-old players must have a parent/guardian sign).
