The Luke Roux Foundation awards a $1,500 Impaired Driving Prevention PSA Scholarship to a Connecticut high school senior who creates a powerful public service announcement (PSA) encouraging young adults to make safe, responsible choices and never drive while impaired.
This scholarship honors the life of Luke Roux and supports the Foundation’s mission to prevent impaired driving through education, awareness, and advocacy.

Impaired driving continues to be one of the leading causes of preventable injuries and deaths among teens and young adults. Despite increased awareness, too many families still experience the life-altering consequences of one decision made behind the wheel.
The Luke Roux Foundation created this scholarship to honor Luke’s life and to amplify young adult voices in preventing impaired driving. By encouraging students to speak directly to their peers, this scholarship uses education, creativity, and real-world impact to help save lives and keep families whole.
